Multiple Starting Pages
There are mutiple starting pages to view Andy Ahnn's albums.

Showing or Hiding the Sidebar
The sidebar provides functionality such as searching, or help.
However it takes up some space on the screen.
By clicking on the sidebar icon you can minimize or maximize the sidebar.

List or Thumbnail View
When browsing albums and photos there is an option to switch between list view and thumbnail view.
Clicking on the corresponding icon, will change the way the albums or photos are displayed.

| Latest Albums View |
To view the latest albums, please visit http://atoned.org/andyahnn/latest
On this page, you will see 20 of the most recent albums.
To interact with the cover flow system you can:
- Use the left or right keyboard keys to scroll through the albums.
- Use the mouse wheel to scroll through the albums.
- Click and/or drag the bottom horizontal scrollbar to scroll through the albums.
- Click on an album to have it scroll to the middle.
- Double Click the center album, to view the album.

| Category View |
Each album is assigned into one or many categories. A category allows the album to be filed into certain sections such as "Graduation", "Trips", or "Family".
Browsing by category shows only the albums that belong to that category. To return to the main area, click on the breadcrumb trail.

Browsing Albums
Browsing albums, is the main area where you can sort , search and view albums.

Breadcrumb Navigation
Breadcrumb navigation (located on the top of the page) shows the current path that you are on.
You can click on parts of the breadcrumb to jump to that section.
For example: You can click on "Andy Ahnn Albums" to browse all albums in Andy Ahnn.

Sort Order for Albums
When browsing albums, and photos there is an option to change the display order of the albums or photos you are viewing.
- Reverse Chronological- Displays the most recent albums. (Album Date)
- Recently Uploaded- The most recently created albums will be displayed first. (Created Date)
- Title A-Z- The album title will be sorted alphabetically from A to Z. (Title)
- Most Photos- The albums with the most amount of photos will be displayed first. (# of Photos)
- Recently Updated- The most recently updated albums will be displayed first. (Updated Date)
- -------------- The items below this line are just the reverse of the above items.
- Chronological- The earliest albums will be displayed first. (Album Date)
- Oldest Uploaded- The oldest created albums will be displayed first. (Created Date)
- Title Z-A- The album title will be sorted alphabetically from Z to A. (Title)
- Least Photos- The albums with the least amount of photos will be displayed first. (# of Photos)
- Oldest Updated- The oldest updated albums will be displayed first. (Updated Date)

Change number of Albums Displayed on a Page
You can increase or decrease the number of albums that are displayed per page.
If the page is taking too load, try decreasing the number to 10.

Album Pages
If there are more albums than what can be displayed on a page, you will have multiple pages to view.
- To jump to a specific page, click on the page number.
- To go to the prev, or next page click on the corresponding "«prev" or "next»".
- The total number of albums and a summary are displayed on the bottom of the list.

Show the Next Page
If there are more albums to view, you will see a "more Albums..." link on the bottom of the list.
You can also click on the "next»" link to view the next page.

Open an Album
If there are albums to view, click on the album image, or the title to view the photos within the album.

Browsing Photos in an Album
Here are some basics for browsing for photos in an album.

Photo Breadcrumb Navigation
Breadcrumb navigation (located on the top of the page) shows the current path that you are on.
You can click on parts of the breadcrumb to jump to that section.
- The first part (portal name) you can click on "Andy Ahnn Albums" to browse all albums in Andy Ahnn.
- The 2nd group are all the categories this album has. "The Ahnns" and "Trips". Clicking any of these categories allows you to browse by category
.
- The last part is the name of the album, "SF Bridge".

Viewing Albums in Category
Beyond the breadcrumb , the categories are also listed when you view the album.
When you click on a category, you will then be able to view other albums in the category .

Sort order for Photos
When browsing photos there is an option to change the display order of the photos you are viewing.
- Chronological- The earliest photos will be displayed first. (Photo Date)
- Recently Uploaded- The most recently created photos will be displayed first. (Created Date)
- Filename A-Z- The photo title will be sorted alphabetically from A to Z. (Title)

Viewing Photos in the Album
Clicking on a photo will show the photo in a lightbox. While in this mode you can:
- Use the left or right keys to navigate through the photos.
- Click on the left side of the photo to view the previous photo in sequence.
- Click on the right side of the photo to view the next photo in sequence.
- Click on the "Close X" to close the photo view.
- Click on the black background to close the photo view.

Linking to the Photo
While viewing a photo in a light box you can click on the url above the photo (shown in a lighter gray) to view the image.
You can use this url to link directly to the photo.

Downloading the Photo
While viewing a photo in a light box you can click on the to download the photo to your local computer.
The photo downloaded is large enough to print 4X6 photographs.

| Searching for Albums |

Simple Search
Simple search provides a quick way of searching for albums. Type in any keywords to search for albums.
- Simple search is a loose search, it finds anything that contains any of the words entered in the search box.
- Multiple words can be searched upon.
- You can type in partial words to find matches.
- The " (double quotes) can be used to match a word exactly.
- The - (minus) key can be used to remove unwanted words.

To give you an example of how Simple Search works, here are some scenarios.
